Sunday started off with a good laugh. I showered and then was doing my make-up in the bedroom. The roommates were sleeping so I decided that I would just do my make-up even though it was a little dark. I grabbed my foundation and started putting it all over my face. I felt like it was covering my face better than it ever has! Everything on my face looked wonderful! I thought man, my make-up in London works better! I shortly realized that I had been putting my bronzer all over! (yes, the one that is supposed to just give you some color but only on certain areas of the face). Now I am extremely careful on what I am grabbing from my make-up bag. I loved going to church! I have been assigned to serve in the primary. The primary had 4 children in it this week, but we were told some weeks it will be 30. I absolutely loved attending church here in London. It started off with two bus rides and a short walk. We then met the bishop, and some of the people in the ward. They are all amazing people. Many of them have just found out about the church. You can see how happy they are as they attend church and try their hardest to serve in the ward. This sweet girl asked if satan is really a snake. Another little boy wouldn't sit still so I downloaded "Temple Run" and told him after church I will let him play it. (reminded me of Zachary and McKay). There was a lady in front of me at church. She was so sweet as she turned around to tell us that her father just got baptized! It was almost as if she had been baptized and had been waiting, wanting her father to feel the same happiness she feels. When it came time to sing, I noticed she was holding a binder. Her father was an elderly man in about his 80s. I glanced at the binder and saw that she had "re-typed" the hymns in big font so that her father could read them. They were both singing together, and she even had a bounce as she sang and pointed to each word. I thought that she must feel very similar to Heavenly Father when he sees one of his children be baptized. Even one of his children go to church, serve, and keep the commandments.
